Why “Mama”? In Bangladesh your mama (মামা) is your mother’s brother, and it is what many of us call the shopkeeper we trust. That is the shop we want to be: the price written plainly, the warranty told straight, and a phone call before anything is sent. Everything below is how that works.
One flat charge per order, whatever you buy:
We confirm the delivery time with you on the phone call; it depends on the courier and your area.
Cash on Delivery everywhere we deliver: pay the rider when the parcel is in your hands.
To pay first with bKash or Nagad, choose it at checkout, use Send Money to our merchant number shown there, and type the Transaction ID (TrxID) from the SMS. Our team checks the TrxID before dispatch.
We will never ask for your bKash or Nagad PIN or OTP, on the phone or anywhere else.
If an item arrives faulty or not as listed, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or replacement. Keep the box and your cash memo.
Each product page lists its warranty in months. That warranty is given by MamaGadget, not the brand, and covers manufacturing faults (not physical, liquid or electrical damage). Keep your cash memo: it is your warranty proof. Bring or send the item with your order number.
